These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Jada's Website, located at jadaskliptown.co.za.

Terms & Conditions

1. No goods will be accepted for returns or exchanges without a proof of purchase.

2. All returns on goods correctly supplied are subject to a 15% handling fee.

3. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

4. Bricks & roof tiles are sold with a 3% allocation for breakages while they are being transported and loaded.

5. Items sold in full bundles or packages will only be accepted for returns in their original packaging.

6. No returns on bricks, tiles, roof tiles, PVC ceilings and electrical items.

7. No returns after 16:30 on a week day.

8. No returns on public holidays and Saturdays.

9. Money/credit notes will only be issued upon presentation of original slip and will only be given to the pruchaser.

10. We will not be held responsible for fire, theft, or other damages whatsoever.

11. No cash refunds on card transactions.

12. No goods will be dispatched without an original invoice
